Abstract:
The need for control is imposed by the activity of carrying out by the public administration authorities the tasks of the executive power, an activity that involves administrative legal relations in a very wide sphere. The public administration viewed as a whole, presents itself as a systematized set of bodies structured according to their material and territorial competence.
Administrative control is one of the forms of control to which the activity of local public authorities is subject and which is based on the constitutional and legal norms relating to public administration. Control is called to ensure strict compliance and exact execution of laws and other normative acts, compliance with discipline by public administration authorities, civil servants, by enterprises, institutions and organizations.
