Abstract:
Ensuring the competitiveness of the human factor of the organizations, is becoming increasingly
important in the conditions of an economic development. Efficient human resource management cannot be
achieved without understanding, forecasting and leading employee behavior within the organization. Thus, the
organizational behavior becomes an important direction of research in the management of organizations.
Deepening knowledge in organizational behavior is one of the main problems of the contemporary
approach, because the ability of the individual to engage effectively in one activity or another, based on deep
and broad knowledge and skills, is a defining feature of modern man.
