СТАНОВЛЕНИЕ И РАЗВИТИЕ ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВА О ФИРМЕННЫХ НАИМЕНОВАНИЯХ В РЕСПУБЛИКЕ МОЛДОВА

Abstract

Constituirea și dezvoltarea cadrului legislativ privind numele comerciale оn Republica Moldova. Autorii articolului examinează etapele și particularitățile de dezvoltare a cadrului legislativ privind numele comerciale din punct de vedere istoric. Avand in vedere faptul că Republica Moldova a declarat integrarea in comunitatea mondială, in special in cea europeană, drept una dintre direcțiile strategice ale politicii externe, prioritatea numărul unu de astăzi pentru țara noastră este ajustarea legislației naționale la acquis-ul comunitar. Astfel, legile adoptate de către Parlamentul Republicii Moldova sunt armonizate cu normele de drept internațional in vigoare, fapt care va servi drept bază pentru protecția drepturilor asupra numelui comercial.

Formation and Development of the Legislation on Trade Names in the Republic of Moldova. The authors explore the stages and features of development of the legislation on trade names in historical terms. Given the fact that the Republic of Moldova declared one of the strategic directions of the foreign policy the integration into the world community, especially the European Union, the priority of the country is currently adapting the Republic of Moldova’s legislation to EU legislation, thus laws adopted by the Moldovan Parliament are harmonized with the current standards of international law that serves as a basis for the protection of right to trade name.
