Abstract

Eeach state has its own decision - making process, based on the cultural, moral, spiri¬tual, political, social and economic values. always the governments like to believe that their decision – making process is the best or is the worst, or it doesn’t need any im¬provements. but the logical question is how you can know that your decision-making process is the best or worst if you don’t know how this process works in other countries, especially in developed states. so, from this point of view, we are going to analyze de decision-making process from the republic of macedonia, through the legal framework and to understand how it works.
