Abstract:
The socio-psychological climate represents the totality of socio-psychological processes
and phenomena within an organization, which determines the character of interpersonal
relationships, the vector of attitudes and group states, the community of collective opinion and intragroup traditions. The climate is favorable when team members actively participate in the performance of all tasks and achieve the objectives proposed by the management of the company. The questioning method was used to analyze the sociopsychological climate.
