Abstract:
Nowadays, more often managers realize that a strong corporate culture is vital to the long-term success of the company, however, the ability to create an optimal culture remains an enigma, because satisfied employees are happy where they are, but they are not necessarily going to be involved to do more to help the organization excel. Motivated and involved employees want to strive to be better and to make the business to bloom and succeed.
