Abstract:
The creation of diffraction optical elements based on azopolymer thin films is a field
of great interest because give us the possibility of recording DOE directly on the surface
of the film (without post-processing)with controlled parameters.In this work we show the
application of developed nanocomposite PVA_MR_ZnO for recording of optical vortices
what allow optical manipulating with nano-dimensional objects such as cells, cell parts,
macromolecule, DNA strings.
