Abstract:
Collective Impact (CI), an internationally acknowledged framework for solving complex social problems, is applied for the first time in Moldova to support continuation of
residential childcare reform. Understanding local dynamics and context will help to promote the initiative and inform professionals applying CI in Moldova. The lessons learnt are
relevant for phases 1 & 2 of CI and provide practical advice on organizing introductory
meetings with local champions in the field.
