Abstract:
Anticipating the crisis is a difficult process, consisting in identifying the potential for the
occurrence and spread of undesirable events. Crisis management helps the organization
to cope with the situation. A simple, credible, accurate, consistent and on-time communication can anticipate or even cancel a crisis. Prevention is the key element in the crisis
management.
