Abstract:
Access to justice is not an absolute right, it involves certain procedural limitations that are necessary in a democratic society, as long as they are reasonable and proportionate to the aim pursued. This article highlights the importance and need for procedural safeguards which contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of justice access through the prerequisites and conditions for exercising the right of action.
