Abstract:
The importance and actuality of the researched theme in this master thesis resides from the fact that the public internal financial control has evolutionary theoretical meanings and major practical implications on the sustainability of public finances. The approached theme through analyzing national and international level of public internal financial control is to highlight the main problems that the public officers are facing, argumentation of improvement proposals and efficiency of public internal financial control.
