Abstract:
Obtaining of new antituberculosis remedies is proposed to encapsulate antiTB drug into cyclodextrin molecule. In this study were obtained binary systems β-CD-isoniazid with mass ratios 1:1; 2:1, and HP-β-CD-isoniazid, 1:1. Binary systems were prepared by kneading and co-precipitation methods. Obtaining of the complexes was confirmed by IR spectroscopy. It was determined the effect of prolonged release of isoniazid from complexes by dialysis through semi-permeable membrane method.
