Abstract:
Aim of this thesis is the systematization and extension of theoretical knowledge and practical work for improving labor remuneration accounts and audit with staff settlements at „MONIFIC-GROUP” S.R.L. Thesis includes an introduction, three compartments, which give the basic content of the research, conclusions, selective studied literature and appendices. Staff’s rewards represents important area of activity for the organization, which is influenced both: employees’ behavior as well as organization effectiveness.
