Abstract:
In the article "Particularities of Vocabulary Development of the pupils with School Failure", emphasis is placed on the quality of the teaching / learning / evaluation process and, in particular, the focus of the educational management on the unity of the psycho-centric and socio-centric approaches:the psycho-centered approach focusing on pupils with their peculiarities and needs, their own learning and development rhytm, and the socio-centric one – on the assimilation of the system of values promoted by society. (National Curriculum Primary Education, 2018). Knowing that there is an indispensable correlation between language and thought, and generalization is a basic operation of thought, we have only referred to some aspects of generalizing function of the vocabulary.
