Abstract:
At temperatures ranging from 77 to 300 K were studied the photoluminescence spectra of undoped ZnSe crystals and doped with ytterbium (Yb) and chromium (Cr). Developed and realized computer software for decomposition of complex spectral bands throw Alentsev-Fok method. Shown, that maximum in 1940 nm is caused by transitions within the chromium ion, whereas maxims in 454 и 458 nm are caused by transitions of electrons from the conduction band to a deep chromium acceptor level.
