Abstract:
In the context of the excessive globalization, even a highly developed national economy cannot function effectively being isolated from the rest of the world, but for such countries as the Republic of Moldova, the external economic factor becomes that catalyst which can help to the stabilization and the welfare of the national economy. Republic of Moldova is situated simultaneously near or within very different geoeconomic regions, and at the same time at the crossroads of geopolitical interests of the most powerful centers of the contemporary world. In this context, no less important is the fact that the course of european integration, to be combined with our strategic partnership with Russia and the need to preserve state’s position on the CIS market.
