Abstract:
The topic of psychological wellbeing is crucially important for corporate practice.
Working skills of employees have direct consequences upon them manifesting through
human senses inside and outside of organizational environment. Whatever employees
would undertake, they are exposed to integrated factors of organizational processes,
experiencing wellbeing in various situations. Only developing ways to improve
employees’ wellbeing we can sustain positive atmosphere based on strong interpersonal
relationships, cooperation and satisfaction of life.
