dc.description.abstract	The actuality of chosen theme is determined by the importance of the decisions, which are endowed by the state with particular force that prohibits to reconsider the same issue, litigation. Thus, the force of res judicata came from the need of legal certainty, because without the respect due to the principle of res judicata, justice would be useless, and the decisions would have no practical use.	en
