Abstract:
The main goal of this article is to analyze the elements of the crime provide by art
236 CC and to identify the causes that lead to the production and placing into
circulation of the counterfeit money and securities. This criminal offence is analyzed
based on the legal provisions and in accordance with the judicial practice of Republic
of Moldova.
