Abstract:
The importance of the paper lies in the complex and thorough investigation of all
the conditions and procedures dedicated to acknowledging and hearing persons as
anonymous witness in the criminal proceedings, the administration processes and the
conditions of admissibility of statements and other evidence provided by from
anonymous witnesses.
