Abstract:
Actually, the labor market is becoming more and more flexible and the digitalization process favors the emergence of new forms of work and corresponding to the development of this field. New atypical forms of work lead to the development of new business models. In this article, we intend to approach the following issues: the legal analysis of the probabion period as an instrument in the labour law, the organisation and the attributions of the factors involved in the conduct of the probationary period for civil servants, as well as reccomandations on the margins of the analysis performed.
