Abstract:
The article finds out the problems that refugees’ community from Moldova face with. The author mentions that most of refugees do not register good progress indicators of integration in the local community as there are enough rough living conditions. Also the lack of coherent collaboration between stakeholders, both local authorities and non-governmental organizations supported by UNHCR Moldova creates misunderstanding and
confusion for refugees’ integration. On the other side, undeveloped social services and a vague presence of the social workers during the integration process is constantly obstructing refugees to improve their life. As the number of refugees in Moldova is constantly growing, all stakeholders have the responsibility to create and maintain a long term partnership in order to ensure social, economic and cultural security for refugees.
