Abstract:
In this work have been studied the nitrosation process of Furosemide drug at different physicochemical parameters. From our results was found that nitrosation agent of Furosemide is H2ONO+ ion formed at very low pH. In order to inhibit the nitrosation process of Furosemide, the quercetin have been employed showing a maximum inhibition at [Que] = 2 x 10-4 M.
