Abstract:
This paper analyzes the concept and practice of local public authorities on the management of public property and the importance of implementing new rules for the exercise of this right by local public authorities and civil servants within the given authority. The level of corruption is overstated by civil servants, irrationality on the part of both local and central authorities in the administration and management of resources. It was also proposed to harmonize the normative framework for local and central authorities. Finally, the local public authority must be able to ensure transparency in the management of its
assets.
