Abstract:
This article’s principle aim is to observe the effect of deviations from the stoichiometry in Cu2ZnSnSe4 compounds on their electrical and vibrational properties. Temperature dependences of resistivity and Raman spectra of a set of Cu2ZnSnSe4 samples with different elemental compositions were examined. Obtained results not only enrich the fundamental knowledge about complex quaternary compounds, but are also useful for further efficient implementation of these compounds in different optoelectronic devices.
