Povestitorul reali-
The lyrical narrative system defines its status on the strenght of several
fundamental factors: the poetics of perspective and the poetics of imaginary, the syntactic structure of the discourse, the emotional-psychological style of the speaker etc. In the
novel The old court libertine by Matei Caragiale, the lyricism of the homodiegetic regime is largely due to the narrator’s emotional subjectivity, tremendously reflected in the
narrative. The storyteller makes some lyrical evocations, an ostensible reason to spring
into reverie and illusion. These evocations are made taking into account the characters
that represent some projections of the narrative identity’s otherness, through which reveals the inner part of the storyteller itself, with obvious lyrical availability.
