В статье представлено описание психодрамы – метод групповой психотерапии, основанный на действии, сочетающий в себе возможности и для глубокой психотерапии, и для тренинга социальных навыков. Автор попытался изложить некоторые соображения о том как своим инструментарием (ключевые понятия, основные элементы, технические приемы и фазы) данный метод предлагает находить ответы на вопросы: Как выжить? Как сохранить наследие прошлого и в то же время открыть новые пути для будущего? Что делать и как реагировать
в контексте (социальных) изменений?
The article presents a description of psychodrama - a method of group psychotherapy based on action, combining the possibilities for both deep psychotherapy and for training social skills. The author tried to set out some considerations on the manner in which this method suggests finding answers to the questions “How to survive?”, “How to preserve the legacy of the past and at the same time open new paths for the future?”, “What to do and how to react in the context of (social) change?” with the support of this toolkit (key concepts, basic elements, techniques and phases).
Articolul prezintă o descriere a psihodramei – o metodă de psihoterapie de grup bazată pe acțiune, care combină oportunități atât pentru psihoterapia profundă, cât și pentru formarea abilităților sociale. Autorul a încercat să expună câteva considerații cu privire la modul cum cu instrumentele sale (concepte-cheie, elemente de bază, tehnici și faze)
această metodă sugerează găsirea de răspunsuri la întrebările: Cum să supraviețuim? Cum să păstrăm moștenirea trecutului și, în același timp, să deschidem noi căi pentru viitor? Ce să faci și cum să reacționezi în contextul schimbărilor (sociale)?
