În articol este descrisă analiza literaturii de specialitate privind sinteza, caracterizarea structurală și proprietățile biologice ale compușilor coordinativi ai cuprului(II) în baza tiosemicarbazonelor 2-acetil și 2-benzoilpiridinei și a derivaților lor. A fost stabilit că activitatea biologică a compușilor coordinativi depinde de compoziția și structura complecșilor, în special de natura substituenților la atomul de azot N(4) al tiosemicarbazonelor.
The article analyses the literature on the synthesis, structural characterisation and biological properties of copper(II) coordination compounds based on the thiosemicarbazones of 2-acetyl and 2-benzoylpyridine and their derivatives. It has been established that the biological activity of coordination compounds depends on the composition and structure of the complexes, in particular on the nature of the substituents on the N(4) nitrogen atom of thiosemicarbazones.
