Abstract

Activitatea echipei manageriale depinde în mare măsură de particularităţile individuale, de interese şi dorinţe, de sistemul relaţiilor interpersonale. Din prestigiul de care se bucură în prezent managementul participativ şi, în acest cadru, echipa managerială derivă şi necesitatea studierii acestui subiect, având în prezent o valoare aplicativă însemnată. Înţelegerea componentelor acestui proces oferă o bază metodologică adecvată explicării ştiinţifice a esenţei şi mecanismului activităţii echipei manageriale.

The prestige enjoyed today by participatory management and within this framework, the management team, offered the incentive and the necessity of studying this subject, currently of a significant practical value. Understanding the components of this process provides the appropriate basis to seek a methodological scientific explanation of the essence and mechanism of the management team activity
