Abstract:
According
to the
theory
of the
separation
of powers
in the
state,
the
functions
that
the
state
acquires
in assuring
its
sovereignty,
the
legislative
function,
the
executive
function
and
the
judicial
function
can
only
be realized
by their
exercise
by
independent
powers,
represented
at the
political
-legal
level
by the
corresponding
bodies.
The
functions
of public
dignity
are
established
on the
basis
of acts
issued
by the
Parliament,
the
President
of the
Republic
of Moldova
and
the
Government,
within
the
limits
of their
competence,
established
by the
Constitution
and
by other
laws.
The
function
of public
dignity
is a public
function
that
deals
with
the
mandate
obtained
directly,
following
the
elections,
or indirectly,
by appointment
under
the
conditions
of
the
law.
The
dignitaries
are
persons
exercising
public
dignity
functions
under
the
Constitution,
the
present
law
and
other
legislative
acts.
