Abstract:
Economic practice shows that the first condition in preparation of the enterprise for crisis is the creation of a crisisstrategic plan. Strategy of the enterprise represents, the complex economic category of functioning of the firm in direction of avoidance or/and overcoming the crisis.Strategy of crisis management permits the enterprise to identify in due time crisis, to understand its specificity minimizing its acuteness. Hence, we can affirm that the organization of strategic planning at the enterprise takes the central place in system of
crisis management.
