НЕКОТОРЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ СТОИМОСТЬЮ КОМПАНИИ

Abstract

Analiza abordărilor teoretice şi practice în domeniul managementului strategic şi al managementului valorii a arătat că sunt multe probleme nerezolvate. În primul rând, la multe întreprinderi din Moldova lipseşte sistemul de management strategic. Criteriile de eficienţă utilizate pentru alegerea alternativelor strategice nu corespunde cerinţelor contemporane ale pieţei. În opinia noastră, această problemă poate fi rezolvată prin unirea gestiunii strategice cu teoria contemporană a managementului valorii întreprinderii.

The analysis of a condition of theoretical and practical workings out in the field of strategic management and management in cost, the studied aspects have allowed to reveal a number few. First, at many Moldavian enterprises there is no system of strategic management, and even under condition of its presence it has no accurate organisation. Used in practice for selection of strategic alternatives criteria of efficiency do not correspond to modern requirements of the market. In our opinion, the given problem can be solved by association of strategic management with the modern theory of management in cost of the company
