Abstract:
Because the relationship between capital structure and firm value has been the subject of considerable debate, the thesis analyses the concept of optimal capital structure – the capital structure that minimizes the firm's cost of capital and thereby maximizes the value of the firm.
Also the material examines the few theorems in corporate finance.
