Abstract:
The Hamiltonian optic dynamics of coherent excitons and biexcitons was investigated at exciton excitation from the ground state and coupling of two excitons into a biexciton. The system of differential equations was obtained that describes the quasiparticle evolution. The computer simulation was curried out. The scenario of coherent motion breakdown
and Hamiltonian chaos appearance was found. The parameter values were determined at which Hamiltonian dynamicchaos occurs
