Abstract:
The acumulation of copper in biomass of cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis CNM - CB – 02 at the cultivation in the presence of coordination compounds of Cu (II) has been determined. Bioaccumulation of copper depends on the nature of ligands of the compounds. It was established that compounds [CuL2(Sfz)3H2O] and [Cu(L-2H)] contribute to the increasing of copper content in the biomass of spirulina in 2,94 – 3,42 times compared to the reference sample.
