Abstract:
The study of productivity and biochemical properties of green microalga Dunaliella salina cultivated on the organicmineral medium produced on the base of the cultural liquid from Spirulina platensis, supplemented with NaCl, NO3- andSO42- ions are presented. The productivity is higher in the presence of the maximum concentration of NaCl-NO3-and
NaCl-SO42- associations. The highest biochemical content has been obtained formaximum investigated concentrations–0,5 g/l NaNO3 and 0,75 g/l MgSO4·7H2
O. In the high concentrations NaCl can act as stimulating and inhibitoryfactor in dependence of concentrations of other ions.
