dc.description.abstract În articolul de faţă este elaborată teoria sensibilităţii gazoase a straturilor subţiri din sticlă halcogenidă. Au fost obţinute şi detaliat cercetate dependenţele sensibilităţii gazoase de grosimea şi parametrii straturilor halcogenide. S-a demonstrat că sensibilitatea gazoasă creşte cu micşorarea concentraţiei purtătorilor de sarcină, a permeabilităţii dielectrice şi, de asemenea, a grosimii stratului. en
dc.description.abstract The theory of the gas sensitivity properties of the chalcogenide glass semiconductor thin film was developed in the given paper. The dependences of the gas sensitivity on the thickness and material pa rameters of chalcogenide films were obtained and investigated in details. It was shown that the gas sensitivity increases with the decreasing of film thickness, charge carrier concentration an d material dielectric constant.
