Abstract:
The article is based on the clinical activity with adolescents from the temporarily disintegrated families in the context of migration. The psychological counseling with the adolescents reveals that the phenomenon of parental separation during migration can have a dramatic impact on the psychological development and well-being of children and adoles-cents and can cause the following psychological problems: depressive and anxious states, antisocial behaviour, school failure, addictive behaviour (addiction to Internet, drug and/or alcohol use), early sexual life. The problems of this category of adolescents are presented and analyzed from the developmental normative perspective and related to the subject of parental role in development of adolescents. In the article are presented two study case which reveal the specificity of depressive disorders and the specificity of internet addiction in the context of migration.
