ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПСИХОФИЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО И БИОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО СТАТУСА ПРИ ГИПОТИРЕОЗЕ

Abstract

У всех больных гипотиреозом выявлены симптомы различной степени недостаточности щитовидной железы, подтвержденные повышенной концентрацией ТТГ. Постоянная тревожность высокой, средней и легкой степени выявлена у больных с первичным и послеопе- рационным гипотиреозом; постоянная средняя и легкая тревожность – у больных с врожденным гипотиреозом. La toţi pacienţii s-au constatat simptome de insuficienţă tiroidiană de diferit grad, determinată de concentraţia sporită de TSH. Anxietate înaltă, moderatăşi uşoară s-a determinat la pacienţii cu hipotiroidism primar şi postoperatoriu; anxietate de grad mic şi moderat s-a constatat la pacienţii cu hipotiroidism congenital. Manifestările clinice ale anxietăţii sunt de origine psihovegetativ ă, deoarece simptomele asociate cu modificareastării funcţionale a sistemului nervos poartă un caracter permanent imuabil în hipotiroidism.

Symptoms of varying degrees of thyroid failure were shown to all patients with hypothyroidism confirming the high concentration of TSH. High, medium and mild constant anxiety was identified to patients with primary and post-operative hypothyroidism; continuous medium and light anxiety to patients with congenital hypothyroidism. The clinical manifestations of anxiety having vegetative and psychic character as the symptoms associated with changes in the functional state of the nervous system are the most permanent hypothyroidism.
