Abstract:
In this article the author examineed the situations when during the estimation procedures of actions it is possible to
influence subjectivly the estimation result. The actions price is a variable determinated by a series of factors by the
agency of at lest three methods of analysis. So at different steps of the analysis the estimator taking into consideration
the accumulated knowledge, his experience, the legislation and norms of this field, the own interests or the client
(interests) may diminish or to increase the estimation result, beeing the reason which may influence the overestimation
or underestimation of the titles.
