dc.description.abstract Training of future specialists through higher education must be a process of discovering new areas correlated with a very good intellectual training and on efficient structuring of on intrinsic motivation, toward the profession and it is also important a creative attitude based on a proud for their domain. Implementation of the competence construct in the educational practice is influenced by the need of the overcoming the distance between the theoretical part of the disciplines and future professional activity. The “Competence” construct is the integrated system of specific qualities trained in different situations of mixing of studying and social responsible experiences in the same time the flexibility to move and reorganize for the placed purpose. en
