dc.description.abstract	The recent public opinion poll which has been carried out in the period 12.09.2006 - 26.01.2007 at www.elearning.ro∗,proves the necessity of a greater number of information and resources for questions of use of information and telecommunication technologies (TI&C) in education (81%). The present article represents some important factors for the acceleration of reforms and more resolute integration of means TI&C in the educational system of Republic Moldova.	en
