În articol sunt analizate unele probleme și particularități ce țin de angajarea în sistemul educațional național a absolvenților cu profil pedagogic. Sunt prezentate date statistice despre numărul absolvenților instituțiilor pedagogice și angajarea acestora în activitatea educațională/didactică. Este descris cadrul legal de reglementare și gestionare a acestui proces
în Republica Moldova comparativ cu alte țări europene.
The article analyzes some problems and peculiarities in the employment of graduates with pedagogical profile in the
Republic of Moldova. Statistical data on the number of graduates of pedagogical institutions and their employment in
educational/didactic activity are presented. The article describes the legal framework for regulating and managing this
process in the Republic of Moldova compared to other European countries.
