Abstract:
In the inter-war period, a special place was held by the problem of the European security. In this case there were
started negotiations about this problem between the great powers: Great Britain, France and the Soviet Union. A special
role in those consultations was played by Great Britain, in addition, Romania was implicated too in those discussions. In
this study, we are trying to show the action, which was taken by Great Britain and Romania in creating a new system of
collective security.
