a reformei.
Justice reform is a stringent necessity in the social
and legal reality of the Republic of Moldova, being
inevitable for strengthening the rule of law in the
contemporary society. Also, the finality of the mentioned reform is an efficient, qualitative, transparent and fair justice, whose authority in the society proves the named peculiarities. In order to realize
such a reform, we intend to identify a system of objectives, whose application represent the main features of the purpose of the mentioned reform. The strategies and the tactics of a reform process are inspired from the formulated objectives, the civil society having the role to monitor the level of implementation of the objectives specific to the reform process and to expose regarding the efficiency of the
reform. In a subjective approach, we consider that
these objectives have to be realized in collaboration
with concerned subjects – with judges. In the absence of a social and professional dialogue among the authors of a reform and the concerned subjects, there are risks of inefficiency of the actions and of
the good intentions in the mentioned field.
