INSTRUMENTE JURIDICE ŞI ACTIVITĂŢI PRIVIND NEPROLIFERAREA ARMELOR DE DISTRUGERE ÎN MASĂ

Abstract

Odată cu crearea armelor de distrugere în masă (nucleare, biologice, chimice) a apărut necesitatea uni versalizării sistemului de tratate internaţionale în vederea interzicerii proliferării acestui tip de arme. Posibilitatea deţinerii armelor de distrugere în masă de către entităţi teroriste, ameninţările şi provocările din partea statelor care sfidează normele de drept internaţional necesită consolidarea eforturilor în domeniul securităţii globale.

Together with the creation of weapons of mass destruction had appeared the necessity of universalization of the treaty system regarding the interdiction of proliferation of this type of weapons. The possibility to possess the weapons of mass destruction by terrorists entities , the threats and challenges from the states that defying the norms of international Law, require a consolidation of efforts in the field of global security.
