A fost determinată activitatea sumară a oxidazelor, catalazelor şi a substanţelor antioxidante în extractele din mugurii
arborilor de Quercus robur care se caracterizează prin diferite termene de înfrunzire. În celulele mugurilor apicali, primăvara, schimbările componentelor care determină potenţialul oxidoreductiv se manifestă mai timpuriu, în comparaţie
cu cele din mugurii laterali. Accelerarea activării enzimelor menţionate poate fi cauzată de eliminarea mai timpurie a
dormitării mugurilor apicali în comparaţie cu cei laterali. Activitatea substanţelor care caracterizează potenţialul oxidoreductiv în celulele mugurilor arborilor stejarului pedunculat cu desfacerea timpurie a frunzelor este semnificativ mai
ridicată decât cea specifică arborilor cu înfrunzire târzie. Ţinând seama de faptul că predecesorii descendenţilor cu
desfacerea timpurie a frunzelor sunt de origine sudică, iar cei cu înfrunzire târzie provin din centrul ţării, este posibil ca
descendenţii acestora să fi moştenit de-a lungul timpului, probabil pe cale epigenetică, capacitatea de a elimina starea de
dormitare în corespundere cu perioada caracteristică exemplarelor ancestrale.
The summary activity of oxidases, catalases and antioxidant substances in tree buds of Quercus robur, which are
characterized by different terms of leaf, was determined. In the cells of apical buds, in spring, the change in the components that determine the oxidative reduction potential is earlier than in the lateral buds. The acceleration of the
activation of the mentioned enzymes may be caused by the earlier elimination of dormancy apical buds in comparison
with lateral buds. The activity of the substances that characterize the oxido-reductive potential for the stem cells of the
pedunculate oak with early leaf is significantly higher than that of late-leaf trees. Considering the fact that the
predecessors of early-fall descendants are of Southern origin, and the late ones come from the central part of the country,
it is possible that their descendants have inherited in time, probably epigenetically, the ability to eliminate the dormancy
state in accordance with the characteristic period of the ancestral specimens.
