SEMNIFICAȚIA INTERESELOR PUBLICE ÎN CONTEXTUL CÂMPULUI POLITIC-ADMINISTRATIV

Abstract

This article examines some of the value significance of public interests in the context of the political and administrative field. The author pays special attention to the conceptual, structural and static aspects of public interests as well as public interest bearers. In Republic of Moldova, through this studio for the first time public interests are approached from the perspective of the political and administrative field dimensions. It is a first attempt to analyze the mechanism of the link between public interests and the political and administrative field under the conditions of the transition to democracy. The points of tangency between the public interests and the political and administrative field, the determinations and the interactions between them are identified. The article has both theoretical and practical significance. The practical aspects result mainly from the experience of the political and public life of the Republic of Moldova .

În acest articol sunt examinate unele semnificații valorice ale intereselor publice în contextul câmpului politic și administrativ. Autorul acordă o atenție deosebită aspectelor conceptuale, structurale și stadiale ale intereselor publice, precum și purtătorilor de interese publice. În Republica Moldova, prin acest studiu, sunt abordate pentru prima dată interesele publice din prisma dimensiunilor de câmp politic și administrativ. Este o primă încercare de a analiza mecanismul relației interese publice - câmp politic și administrativ în condițiile tranziției spre democrație. În acest sens, sunt identificate punctele de tangență între interese și câmp, determinările și interacțiunile între ele. Articolul are atât semnificație teoretică, precum și practică. Aspectele practice rezultă îndeosebi din experiența vieții politice și publice a Republicii Moldova
