This article examines approaches and experiences regarding the employment of graduates of higher education

The article analyzes students' views on the process of training in higher education, on teaching-learning methodology.
The empirical study shows that the continuity in the teaching methodology implementation is the teachers' awareness of
the dynamic character of the training methodology: the diversification and combination of didactic strategies in relation
to the training profile of the specialists, the finality/competences, the contents, the individual characteristics of the student,
the accumulated experiences, the conditions in which the educational process takes place.
