Repetition is one of the syntactic means of expressing the aspectuality in the Romanian language. From the semantic points of view, repetition expresses different characteristics of the action such as duration, intensity, frequency, etc. Repetition can be of three types, depending on the language that occurs: phonetic, lexical and grammatical. The repetition of the verb exteriorizes the ideea of limited or delimited duration of the action that is achieved through repetitive structures based on coordination and subordination. Certain aspectual values, including the
intensity of the action, are expressed through the resumption of the nouns, interjections. |
